Chiltern Timber Supplies are always striving to provide
only the best quality joists & studwork. We source from
sawmills that have carefully managed harvesting and
replantation programmes. We have regular monthly
shipments that allow us to have large volumes of stock
available at all times. We also carry stocks of large
section timber & long lengths up to 7.2 metres.
Our stocks of regularised and treated timber are
stress graded to C16 as standard and we also have
the ability to grade up to C24 if so required.
Our timber is all four corners eased edge like
CLS and smooth finished eg:47 x 100 size
is now finished to 45 x 95 ....
47 x 150 now 45 x 144 .
this is a lot easier to handle and ensures a better finish
to all jobs undertaken.
We can also cut to size to your own specifications
in our own fully equipped Sawmill.
Firring pieces for flat roofs can be cut while you wait
or can be ordered for delivery or own collection.
