We also stock a wide selection of Doors Hardwoods, Primed MDF Mouldings, Fencing and Decking products.
In addition to the standard sizes of Timber, Doors, Plywood, Chipboard, MDF and Veneered products kept in stock, other sizes or species can be obtained within just a few days.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a highly efficient and organised person to come on board to improve the office set up and help with putting the foundations in place to expand and take the company forward.
The right candidate will have:
* Exceptional organisation skills and a proven ability to multi-task are essential for this role
* Able to work as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills and a flexible attitude
* Have excellent IT skills, including Sage L50 V11 / 12
* Have strong time management and organisational skills
* Be able to work on their own initiative

General Duties to include:
* Responsibility for the day to day running of the office
* invoicing
* Book keeping Credit control & banking
* Assisting with quotations
* Typing correspondence
* Assist with training
* Order processing
* Handling post
* Receiving and checking all goods inwards
* Assisting with the generation of monthly financial reports
* improve the set up of the office
* Assist in pulling together marketing information for our products and services
* Look after HR
* Deal with H&S requirements (risk assessments etc.)
* Liaison with customers and suppliers
* Business development support
* General office administration such as filing, faxing, photocopying, emails etc.
IT / Technical Requirements
Experience of Sage line 50 financial controller V 11
* Add / create new customer & supplier accounts
* Raise invoices and inputting suppliers invoices
* Ability to create and run reports
* Ability to add new products and create product / client product lists
* Reconcile weekly / monthly bank account
* Data input
Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages Word, Excel and Outlook
* Ability to create Word templates and mail merges
* Ability to create Excel sheets for analysis
Hours of Work, Salary and Holidays:
* Full time. Mon Fri
* Salary £ negotiable for the right person.
* 20 days plus public holidays
